AN IMPOSING EARLY 20th CENTURY ANTIQUE FRENCH PINE DRESSER / SIDEBOARD
Dating to the beginning of the 20th century, this stunning French 3 piece pine Buffet is in very good condition.

It stands on stylized bracket feet and plinth.

To the inside there is a single shelf which is enclosed with a pair of panel doors. The left hand door is held shut with a simple sprung catch while the right hand door closes on to it and is held shut with it's original working lock and key. The frieze drawers have their original knobs, applied moulding and run with ease.

The top gallery has 2 shelves which are supported by turned columns and further complimented with a raised and finely carved pediment.

This is a lovely piece of French furniture and would compliment the dining room of any home traditional or modern.

Commensurate with it's age, there has in the past been a some insect attack to the Buffet but has been sprayed with a 5 star 30 year treatment..

The Buffet measures;

43.25 inches wide

16.75 inches deep

39.25 inches high to work top and 76 inches high over all.

VICTORIAN STRIPPED PINE 2 PIECE DRESSER
Dating to the mid Victorian period, this Stripped Pine dresser is in good condition. Standing on a plinth, the dresser has a single shelf to the inside which is enclosed with a pair of molded panel doors. These doors would have been sliding originally but at some point on the dressers history they have been changed to hinged and are held shut with simple iron cupboard turns.
The rack of the dresser has 2 shelves and the original bead butt wide back boards.
This is all complemented with the shaped top and ogee cornice.

The dresser measures; 62.5 inches wide, 16 inches deep and 32.5 inches to work top. The rack is 6.5 inches deep with an over all height of the dresser being 78 inches.

There has in the past been some insect attack to the dresser buy although historic, I have sprayed the whole unit with a 5 star 30 year treatment.

AN IMPOSING MID19th CENTURY ANTIQUE FRENCH PINE BUFFET / SIDEBOARD
Dating to the middle of the 19th century, this stunning pine Buffet is in very good condition.

It stands on stylized escargot feet with an attractive moulded apron and canted corner posts.

To the inside there is a single shelf which is enclosed with a super pair of panel doors. The left hand door with it's faux-dormant is held shut with a simple hook and eye while the right hand door closes on to and is held shut with a later working lock and key. These doors also benefit from having their original solid brass hinges and escutcheon plates. The frieze drawer has brass knobs and runs with ease.

The top is all good with no significant marks or scratches.

This is a lovely piece of French furniture and would compliment the dining room of any home traditional or modern.

Commensurate with it's age, there has in the past been a some insect attack to the Buffet but has been sprayed with a 5 star 30 year treatment..

AN SUPERB LATE 19th CENTURY SOLID WALNUT FRENCH BUFFET / SIDEBOARD / HALLSTAND
Dating to the late part of the 19th century, this stunning French walnut Buffet is in very good condition.

It stands on bun feet with a moulded plinth, and if required the top half will lift off..

The bottom section has a single shelf with a paneled back and is supported by 2 carved and moulded geometric columns. The frieze drawer is constructed with hand cut dovetail joints and has it's original drop handle. The marble top is good but as shown in the photo, it has had a historical repair to the corner.
The top section has carved acanthus leaf scrolled brackets which support the upper galleried shelf. This is all complimented with a further gallery of spindles and 2 carved finials..

This is a lovely piece of French furniture and would compliment the dining room / hall of any home traditional or modern.

The Buffet measures;

26 inches wide

13.75 inches deep

39.25 inches high to marble top / 56.5 inches to upper shelf and 69.25 inches over all.

SUPER FRENCH OAK BUFFET DRESSER
Dating to the turn of the century, this super French Henri II Oak Buffet is in very good condition. The base section stands on bun feet with a decorative mold running around the plinth. To the inside there is a shelf which is enclosed with a pair of panel doors. The doors with their applied molding are held shut with a sprung catch to the left and working lock to the right. All the doors to the buffet have their original working locks but there is only one key which fits them all. Both the frieze drawers have hand cut dovetail joints, original handles and run with ease. The turned and fluted balusters are repeated on the top section, which has 2 adjustable shelves to the inside. The central glazed area is flanked by carved panel doors.
The buffet comes apart in 2 sections for ease of transportation.

The buffet measures; Base is 55 inches wide x 20.5 inches deep and 38 inches high. The top section is 14.75 inches deep with an over all height 79.5 inches.

PRETTY FRENCH PITCH PINE 2 PIECE BUFFET / DRESSER
Dating to the end of the 19th century this pretty little French 2 piece buffet is in good all round condition.
Standing on traditional scroll feet the buffet has a single shelf to the bottom cupboard which is enclosed with a pair of panel doors. The left hand door is held shut with a hook and eye while the right hand door closes on to it and is held shut with a working lock. (the key to this lock also operates the glazed door to the top).
The frieze drawers run with ease and have brass swan neck handles.
The top of the buffet has 2 shelves to the inside and is enclosed with a pair of glazed doors operating in the same way as the cupboard doors to the bottom.
This is all complimented with the ogee cornice.

The buffet measures; base is 51.5 inches wide, 17 inches deep and 36 inches high. The top is 13.5 inches deep with an over all height of the whole buffet being 76 inches.

Dating to the end of the 19th century, this stunning 2 piece French walnut Buffet is in good all round condition. It stands on short feet with an attractive moulded apron.
To the inside of the base there is a single shelf which is enclosed with 2 moulded panel doors complete with original escutcheons and later working lock. The flanking turned and fluted columns rise up to support the frieze drawers which are constructed with hand cut dovetail joints and they benefit from having their original handles.
The top section has 2 shelves to the inside which are both adjustable up and down. This is enclosed with carved panel doors to each side and a glazed door to the centre. The original bevel edge glass to this door is all good. All these doors have later working locks and are divided by turned and fluted columns. The arch top carved pediment cornice is further complimented with carved birds to each side..
This is a lovely piece of French furniture and would compliment the dining room of any home traditional or modern.

Dating to the end of the 19th century, this stunning 3 piece French oak Buffet is in very good all round condition. It stands on short turned feet with an attractive moulded apron.
To the inside of the base section there is a single shelf which is enclosed with 2 moulded panel doors complete with original escutcheons and working lock. The flanking turned and fluted columns rise up to support the gadrooned moulded frieze drawers which are constructed with hand cut dovetail joints, and they benefit from having their original handles.
?The middle section has a galleried plate rack to the back and 2 turned balusters to the front which supports the top section. This section has 2 shelves to the inside which are both adjustable up and down. This is enclosed with moulded panel doors with original escutcheons and working lock. To each side there is a pair of turned and fluted columns which compliment the base section.
The top frieze has a moulded and carved panel with traditional ogee cornice.
This is a lovely piece of French furniture and would compliment the dining room of any home traditional or modern.
