Description

This strong and heavy oak parquet top extending French refectory table dates to the early part of the 20th century.
It is extremely well constructed with pegged mortise and tenon joints and traditional cross stretcher.
?The table benefits from having 2 additional leaves which would date to the 60s and are of composite construction. .
The parquet top is all good with no significant marks or scratches..
?There has in the past been a tiny amount of insect attack to the table but this is minimal and has been sprayed with a 20 year treatment.
The table measures;
78 inches long / 101 inches with one leaf / 124 inches with 2 leaves
39 inches wide
?29 inches high..
This really is a lovely strong piece of French furniture that would fit well in any room setting, traditional or modern.
