Dating to the end of the 19th century this pretty pair of traditional French chestnut trestle benches are in very good sturdy condition and are well constructed with mortise and tenon joints all round.The benches have been polished with 3 coats of wax giving a warm and inviting patination..
The benches measure;

9 inches wide
18.5 inches high..
