Description
Dating to the middle of the 19th century, this super French Cherry side table / desk is in good sturdy condition.The desk stands on turned Louis Philippe legs with all joints being pegged mortise and tenon. The frieze drawer runs with ease and has a traditional turned wooden knob.. .
The top is all good but commensurate with it's age, it does have a few marks and scratches.
There has in the past been a small amount of historical insect attack to the desk but this has all been sprayed with a 5 star 20 year treatment....
the table / desk measures;
37.25 inches wide, 23 inches deep and 28.5 inches high, 24 inches to underside of front frieze rail
