Description
Dating to the end of the 19th century this pretty French pitch pine washstand is in very good condition.Standing on turned legs the washstand has an intermediate pot shelf with frieze drawer above. This drawer is constructed with hand cut dovetail joints and has it's original turned knobs..
The marble tray top is all good but does have some staining and has been subject to some historical repair to the raised shelf as shown in the photo's..
The washstand measures;
43.25 inches wide
20.5 inches deep
31.5 inches high to work top.
