Description
Dating to the end of the 19th century, this super German solid pine cupboard is in very good condition....The cupboard stands on a plinth and to the inside there are 2 drawers which are both constructed With hand cut dovetail joints. Above this there are 3 later shelves which can be fully adjusted up and down. This is enclosed with a single panel door complete with original blacksmith made pin hinges and working lock with key...
All this is further complimented with a traditional ogee cornice....
This is a lovely piece of German furniture which would compliment the room of any home traditional or modern.
There has in the past been a small amount of insect attack to the cupboard but although historic, has been sprayed with a 5 star 30 year treatment.
The cupboard measures;
39.5 wide / 44 to outside of cornice
19.75 inches deep / 22.25 to outside of cornice / 18 internal
69 inches high.
