Description
Dating to end of the 19th century, this pretty little German solid pine wardrobe is in very good condition....Standing on decorative bracket feet, the wardrobe has a plinth drawer which is constructed with hand cut dovetail joints and has it's original knobs and key escutcheon.
To the inside there is a full width horizontal hanging rail fitted which is enclosed with a pair of mirror doors complete with original escutcheons and working lock with key. This is all complimented with carved knees and a superb raised pediment cornice.....
This is a lovely piece of German furniture which would compliment the bedroom of any home traditional or modern.
There has in the past been a small amount of insect attack to the wardrobe but although historic, has been sprayed with a 5 star 30 year treatment.
The wardrobe measures;

23 inches deep max / 19 inches internal
72.5 inches high max.
