Description
Dating to the beginning of the 20th century, this fine German pine chest of drawers is in good condition though has had some historic insect attack which I have shown in the photo's This has all been sprayed with a 5 star 30 year treatment.The chest has 4 drawers all of which are constructed with hand cut dovetail joints and all benefit from having their original brass Art Nouveau handles and escutcheons.
This is flanked by decorative reeded corbels and spilt turnings.
The top is all good with no significant marks.
The chest measures; 42.75 inches wide, 22.5 inches deep and 29.75 inches high.
