Description

Dating to the early part of the 20th century, this superb solid oak 2 piece French Buffet is in very good condition.
Standing on traditional escargot feet, the buffet has 3 central drawers all complete with original handles. This is flanked by 2 cupboards, each with a single shelf to the inside and enclosed with a fielded panel door. Both these doors have their original working locks and keys.
The top section has 4 central shelves and is complimented with a spice drawer to each side with cupboard above. Both these cupboard doors again have their original working locks and each has it's own key.
The heavy ogee cornice gives this buffet fine proportions and elegance one would expect from fine country furniture.
The buffet measures; base is 65 inches wide, 20.5 inches deep and 32.5 inches high. The top section is 12 inches deep, 70 inches wide to outside of cornice with an over all height of the buffet being 84 inches.
The cost of delivering the buffet to England, most of Wales and Scotland (Glasgow-Edinburgh) is �75.00 with a specialist courier.
