Description

Dating to the end of the 19th century this lovely French oak Armoire is in good all round condition and comes completely flat with re assembly in about 20 minutes.
Standing on turned feet, the Armoire has a frieze drawer which is constructed with hand cut dovetail joints and has it's original working lock. The same key which operates the door also works in this lock.
To the inside there are 4 solid oak shelves which are fully adjustable up and down to suit individual requirements. A hanging rail running from front to back can be fitted for an additional �18.00.
The 2 arch top mirror doors with original lock are all good but have had a small repair to the bottom as shown in the photo's. The bevel edge glass is original but has some foxing shown in photo commensurate with it's age.
The 2 turned and fluted columns run from the plinth to the underside of the cornice. This cornice section has turned finials and a raised carved pediment.
The Armoire measures; 51.5 inches wide max, 20.75 inches deep max with internal being 15.25 inches. The height of the Armoire is 98 inches max.
